Job Description: As an HVAC Lead Service Technician, you will be responsible for leading service calls, diagnosing issues with HVAC systems, performing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior technicians to uphold our service standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service calls and manage on-site HVAC repair and maintenance tasks.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and provide effective solutions.

• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations as needed.

• Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.

• Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Lead HVAC Service Technician.

• Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses.

• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
