LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
ACTS Heating & Cooling is a reputable HVAC company dedicated to providing top-quality maintenance services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Maintenance Technician to lead our maintenance teams.
Job Description: As an HVAC Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, conducting regular inspections, identifying issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding and training maintenance technicians to uphold our maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance teams in performing routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems.

Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure system efficiency.

Perform maintenance and repair tasks as required.

Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC maintenance technician.

Relevant certification and licenses for HVAC maintenance.
