HVAC INSTALL HELPER
ACTS Heating & Cooling is a leading HVAC company dedicated to providing top-notch installation services to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer Helper to support our installation team.

Job Description: As an HVAC Installer Helper, you will assist HVAC installers in performing installation tasks, handling tools and equipment, ensuring job site cleanliness, and providing general support to ensure efficient and successful installations. Previous HVAC experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist HVAC installers with installation tasks and projects.

Handle tools and equipment to support installation activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.

Follow instructions and guidance from lead installers.

Provide general assistance to ensure smooth installation workflows.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting HVAC installation projects.

Familiarity with HVAC installation tools and equipment.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Attention to detail and commitment to job site safety.

Physical capability to lift and move equipment as needed.
