LEAD HVAC INSTALLER
ACTS Heating & Cooling is a well-established HVAC company known for delivering high-quality installation services to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our installation team.

Job Description: As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for leading HVAC system installations, coordinating installation projects, ensuring installations meet company standards and safety regulations, and providing guidance to installation team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee HVAC system installations from start to finish.

Coordinate installation projects, including ordering materials and scheduling.

Ensure installations are completed according to company standards and safety protocols.

Verify equipment functionality and troubleshoot any installation issues.

Train and mentor installation team members to uphold quality standards.

Maintain accurate installation records and documentation.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC installer.

Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses.

Proficient in installing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.

Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
